ZANESVILLE, Ohio–The Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office is reporting that a wanted sex offender is now in custody. Authorities had been looking for 50-year-old Roger Edward McNutt for failing to register a change of address. McNutt is being held in the Muskingum County jail.
