Three Cambridge residents are under arrest following controlled drug buys. The Guernsey County Sheriff’s Office said 43-year-old Charles Payton III, 49-year-old Bobbi Blue Freeman and 53-year-old Barbara Moore were all charged with aggravated trafficking in drugs. All three are currently in the county jail. Preliminary hearings have been set for June 28 for all three.
