Virginia M. “Ginny” Parsons (July 3, 1909 – June 28, 2011)

Virginia M. “Ginny” Parsons, 101 of Zanesville passed away peacefully at Forest View Health Campus, on Tuesday, June 28, 2011. She was born in Zanesville on July 3, 1909 to Charles F. Love Sr. and Mary Krier Love.

Virginia was a homemaker and was married to the late George E. Parsons for 45 years. She lived on Eppley Ave. for 50 years. Virginia worked for Timken Roller Bearing Co. during World War II. She and George were very active with the Airstream Club and attended many of their rallies throughout the United States. Ginny also sang in a quartet at Fair Oaks Baptist Church.

She is survived by her Sister-in-law Charlotte Love, special nephew and his wife David and Faye Parsons and several other nephews and nieces.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband George E. Parsons and her Brother Charles Love.

The Family is being served by the Bryan & Snider Funeral Home 2318 Maple Ave, where visitation will be held Friday, July 1, 2011 from 11:30 AM until time of service at 1:30 PM. Rev. Thomas England will officiate. Following the service Virginia will be laid to rest, next to her husband at Zanesville Memorial Park.
