Robert Joseph “Bob” Jackson (January 23, 1941 – May 10, 2011)

Robert Joseph “Bob” Jackson 70, of Crooksville passed away on Tuesday May 10, 2011 at Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital.

Bob was born on January 23, 1941 in Guysville, Ohio to the late George and Mary Ellen Siepel Jackson Jr. Bob was a 1959 Graduate of Crooksville High School and retired from Rockwell as a Welder after 30 years of dedicated service. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and most of all spending time at The Colony Square Mall visiting with friends.

He is survived by his loving wife whom he married February 1, 1958, Mickey Callihan Jackson of the home. Two sons Joe Jackson of Philo and Robert “Bob” (Cindy) Jackson of New Lexington, three grand-daughters Trista (Marc) Sicilian of Crooksville, Jacynta Jackson of New Lexington, and Carly Jackson of Philo, Three cousins Leanna Cavinee of Crooksville, William Jackson of Norfolk, Virginia, and William “Eddie” Brown of Wichita, Kansas.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister Jane Lou Jackson.

Calling hours will be from 4-8pm on Thursday May 12 at THE CROOKSVILLE CHAPEL OF THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME 207 BURLEY STREET CROOKSVILLE.
