Blanch A. Dale (April 16, 1918 – June 1, 2010)

Blanch A. Dale, 92 of Zanesville passed away onTuesday, June 1, 2010 at Genesis Extended Care and Rehab Center. Blanch was born in Roseville to the late Charles W. and Rachel Luckett Valentine on April 16, 1918. She was the owner of Shirley’s Beauty Lounge on Eppley Ave. in Zanesville for 30 years and was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Roseville.
Blanch is survived by her son: James R. (Molly) Hammers of Zanesville, a daughter: Nancie Bussey of Blue Rock, a sister Leona “Pidge” Bradley of White Cottage, 6 granddaughters and 1 grandson and several great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband’s: Donald Hammers in 1959 and Joseph Dale in 1984.
