The Zanesville Museum of Art is continuing their Concerts At The Museum Series.
Thanks to a recent grant from Taylor-Mchenry Memorial Foundation, the concerts will start this February and run through June. They will then pick back up in September. The art museum also added another partner for this year’s events.
“We’re really excited for this new partnership with Columbus Musicians LLC. We’re bringing really high caliber, live musical performances at absolutely no cost to our guests, so they can come and see just a wide variety of performances for free,” said Education Coordinator Misty Johnson.
The museum asks that if you want to attend the event, to visit their website and register. You can sign up for any of the concerts as of today. The next concert is a special one on February 9th at 6pm with the Tony Hagood Jazz Trio. There will be a couple other surprises as well.
“We also have two brand new exhibitions opening that same evening. If you come at 5pm, you can enjoy live music by Evan Abood and also complimentary refreshments, and a cash bar at those exhibition openings,” stated Misty Johnson.
The concerts will run the second Thursday of each month. The events even have exclusive seating to raise money for additional programs. If you want to find out more about the seats or to register for a concert, visit the website below.
