Zemba Brothers Inc Host Family Field Day

Local News Stories

MUSKINGUM COUNTY, Ohio – Zemba Brothers Incorporated hosted their annual Zemba Family Field day earlier this afternoon.

The event has been happening for over 20 years, and is a way for the company to give back to the community.

The event had equipment for everyone to see as well as bounce houses and pig chases.

Shayla Zemba, the Vice President of Zemba Brothers inc says that the event is important because it shows children to be active.

“Its important so that we encourage them to want to grow up and want to be in our industry, because we’re proud of what we do. Its also important because they get to be a kid and they’re not inside, they’re outside in the weather and just being active.”

The goal of the event was to give back to the community that they serve everyday.

Over 40 partner sponsors supported the event, donating over 40 bikes to give back to children.

“It feels so great to be back in person. We have not been able to have this event for 2 years so we were excited cause we all set up to host our twentieth anniversary in 2020.

And that didn’t happen so we are super excited that its our twentieth anniversary and that we’re out with people and its so great to see all the smiling faces and the kids and were just really enjoying the day. I want to say thank you too for all of our teammates. Every team here is volunteering their time and they love it as much as we do.”

Over 40 partner sponsors supported the event, donating over 40 bikes to give back to children.

Monetary donations given were given back to organizations who helped out at the event.
