
The Zanesville Police Department says they’re continuing to search for two suspects in an attempted bank robbery.
One suspect is described as being a white male, 6-6’1 thin build wearing a black hooded Reebok sweatshirt, dark pants, ball cap and a medical mask.
The second suspect is a white or Hispanic male, 5’7-5’8 stocky build wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, dark pants, grey toboggan and medical mask.
The suspects were captured on bank surveillance cameras. Zanesville Police said at around 3:25pm Wednesday the suspects entered the North Valley Bank at 3636 Maple Avenue and gave the teller a note demanding money. The suspects waited for the money and after approximately six minutes both left without obtaining any money.
Residents in the area are encouraged to check video doorbell and security surveillance systems for anyone matching the descriptions listed.
