ZANESVILLE, Ohio – Zanesville’s Noon Rotary club is involved in many civic minded projects throughout the community and will be holding a fundraising event to support their efforts.

Club President Chuck Adams talks about RotaRama and what attendees can expect.

“RotaRama is actually a two-part fundraiser. First it is a concert and we’re going to be having the concert at Secrest Auditorium on March the 18th starting at 5p.m.,” Adams said. “The other part of it is we’re doing a raffle that is also part of your purchase, and the raffle will award twenty thousand dollars in prizes that will be awarded that night. With a grand prize including ten thousand dollars.”

Price of admission is fifty dollars and includes the raffle ticket. Ticket holders do not have to be in attendance to win and if your ticket gets pulled for a hundred dollar prize, it will be re-entered for the grand prize drawing.

Bon-Journey, a Bon-Jovi and Journey tribute band will headline the concert, the Jaycees will sponsor a beer garden and there will be food trucks on hand to cater to the hungry.

“If people are free on March the 18th and want a chance to get out and have a little fun after a long winter, and it looks like we’re going to be in a good place where people can socialize a little bit, that they’ll be able to come to the concert and have that chance at winning that grand prize of ten thousand dollars,” Adams said.
