GAME #1: Bishop Rosecrans Bishops vs. Millersport Lakers

ZANESVILLE, OH- Our first game of the night took us to Bishop Rosecrans as the Bishops hosted the Millersport Lakers in boys basketball.

Millersport would score first but Bishop Rosecrans would respond as Tommy Bernath got his three-pointer to fall. The Bishops used their three-point shooting to take an early lead.

The Lakers would try and cut into the lead as Trey Johnston connected on two baskets from beyond the arc, but the rebounding and offensive efficiency of Bishop Rosecrans proved to be too much as they went on to win this one 59-49. Grady Labishek led the Bishops with 18 points in the win.

GAME #2: Heath Bulldogs vs. Lakewood Lancers

HEATH, OH- It was all smiles for the Heath Bulldogs as they celebrated their seniors in their last regular season home game.

Heath would soon translate that happiness into dominance once the ball was tipped off. As senior Keylan Williams was in the zone the entire first half making his first three shots all from three point range.

And with the Bulldogs suffocating full court press they turned a lot of steals into points putting them on a 21-0 for the entire first quarter.

Aidan Bowman would find the basket for the Lancers but it was too little too late as Heath ran away with it in the first half and even ending the first half on a even bigger note with Payton Lees hitting a full court buzzer beater. The Bulldogs took this one 70-14.
