WHIZ Radio to once again broadcast three high school football games each Friday night

ZANESVILLE, Ohio – For the second year in a row WHIZ Radio will broadcast three high school football games each Friday night.

On Z92 Radio you can listen to the Muskingum Valley League Big School Division Game of the week. David Kinder returns for his seventh year broadcasting games on WHIZ Radio. He and Andrew Allison will have the call each Friday night. Week one you can hear Sheridan host Licking Valley in a big non-conference matchup.

Highway 103 Radio returns as your home for the Muskingum Valley League Small School Division Game of the Week. Greg Mitts and Corey Perkins will once again describe all the action. Their week one matchup takes them to Jim Rockwell Stadium for a matchup between New Lexington and Farifield Union.

And AM1240 is still your long-time home for Zanesville Blue Devil football. Jeff Moore and Garrett Young will handle play-by-play duties for each ZHS game. Week one they’ll be at Sulsberger Stadium as Zanesville takes on rival Newark.

WHIZ Radio is finalizing a broadcast schedule for the entire regular season and will announce it in the coming days.
