Big Brothers Big Sisters Bowl For Kids Sake Raffle Tickets on Sale

Local News

ZANESVILLE, Ohio- The Zanesville Big Brothers Big Sisters will be hosting their 37th annual Bowl For Kids Sake from May 5th-7th at the Sunrise Bowling Center.

In addition to the event, the organization will be selling “Strike-it-Big” raffle tickets. These tickets include $5,000 worth of prizes. Teams are encouraged to fundraise by selling the tickets.

“All proceeds from this event will go back to the youth mentoring program. It helps us advance our mission and do what we do best and continue to support local youth. I think it’s especially needed as we transition out of the pandemic,” said Executive Director Katie Mainini.

Mainini said the event has been very successful over the years and is looking forward to seeing everyone come out and support the organization next month.

“We really have an overwhelming amount of support this year from community sponsors and just really people are ready to be getting back to normal so this is one of the first big non profit fundraisers that we’re being fortunate enough to be able to have,” said Mainini.

Bowlers can register a team of 4 to 6 players. If you would like to form a team or purchase raffle tickets, you can call or visit https://www.bbbsz.org/Get-Involved/Events/Bowl-For-Kids-Sake/
