A Zanesville bar has been cited by the Ohio Investigative Unit for the second time for violating health orders. The state says the Lazy River Lounge, also known as the Muddy Boot was citied for improper conduct-disorderly activity early Sunday morning.
Agents say they entered the establishment and observed More than 100 patrons inside. Officials say little to no patrons and staff were wearing facial coverings and were seen walking and standing shoulder to shoulder while consuming alcoholic beverages.
Agents also observed around 50 patrons dancing in close proximity to one another. Agents previously cited the bar in August for insanitary conditions, after hour consumptions and after hours sale.
