ZANESVILE, Ohio-The Muskingum County Library System is beginning a new system meant to benefit local educators and students.
The BrainFuse Helpin’ Out program was purchased by the library and was implemented last week. A litany of benefits comes with the program.
“It is an online resource. It provides learning help for all ages including one on one live tutoring for students in K-12, from 2 to 11 PM and test prep help for older students such as with the ACT or SAT, career support for teens and adults and foreign language help for all ages,” said Assistant Librarian Jennifer Heston.
It can be accessed on the library’s website via a banner on the website’s homepage. A week long open house is being held for students and educators looking to learn more.
“From 4-6pm beginning today and running through Friday we are having open house hours for educators. Our focus really is for K-12 educators but we’re also inviting home educators and student teachers and anyone, really, who works with children and might be interested in the resources we have available here,” Heston continued.
The open houses will be held at the library system’s John McIntire Branch in downtown Zanesville.
