MUSKINGUM COUNTY, Ohio-Milk’s favorite cookie could become your family’s favorite dog.
The Muskingum County Dog Warden And Adoption Center has named Oreo as its dog of the week. Oreo is a playful young pup loved by the center’s volunteers.
“Oreo is a young dog, he is only about nine months old. He is currently not neutered yet, he just came to us as an owner release. He is very good with children from what we have seen… He appears to be crate trained and will obviously need more training since he is a puppy.”, deputy warden Alisha Myers said.
Oreo has not been with the center for very long. He would be the perfect addition to any family with small children.
“Right now we have you call in, set up an appointment with us. You come in and do a meet and greet with the dog, make sure it’s gonna be a fit for you… If it works out then great. We will have you fill out the paperwork, pay your adoption fee and you can take your dog home with you.”, Myers continued.
The adoption center has other waiting dogs for adoption as well.
