Perry County moves to red level while Franklin County becomes first to go purple

COLUMBUS, Ohio–Perry County is now in the Red Level 3 on Ohio’s COVID-19 Advisory System.

Perry joins Muskingum, Guernsey, Coshocton and Licking counties. The Red Level indicates very high exposure and spread of the coronavirus.

Noble and Morgan Counties are in the Orange Level which means increase exposure and spread.

For the first time, Ohio has a county at the purple level. Franklin county is seeing severe exposure and spread.

Franklin County is now under a stay at home order for 28 days in an effort to slow the spread of the virus.
