ZANESVILLE, Ohio — Tuesday, October 8 is a special day for one lady from Zanesville.
Janice Arcuri has just turned 103 years old. She lives at Primrose Senior Living along Northpointe Drive.
“I’ve got four children of my own and ten grandchildren, and then it keeps getting bigger and bigger. Then I’ve got some fifth-grandchildren. So, if I’d know you were going to ask me to talk, I’d have figured it all out,” Arcuri said.
She grew up in Crooksville and retired from Newton Elementary School as a librarian. We asked Janice what her secret to a long life is.
“I always tell everybody, if you get something wrong with you, get it fixed as soon as possible,” she responded.
Janice’s family and caretakers at Primrose threw a special party with cake, photos and guests. She says she’s looking forward to everything tomorrow has to offer.
