ZANESVILLE, Ohio – Men are not born with the skills of being a father, that is why the ForeverDads Organization wants to help teach them.
The 8th Annual Tribute to Fatherhood Dinner takes place at the North Terrace Church of Christ on Thursday, March 14th at 6 p.m. ForeverDads Board Member Andrew Joseph said the event is to bring local dads together and honor the Legacy of Fatherhood.
“It’s an annual dinner where ForeverDads honors five gentlemen who we believe live out the ideals of the ForeverDads organization and this year we’re honoring Dr. John Lepi, Russell Bolin, Bob Brandford, Bill Balderson, and Ron Bucci,” Joseph said.
ForeverDads help each other develop the skills for an emotional and practical healthy relationship with their children. Joseph said the organization and events like the tribute dinner can potentially help generations to come.
“The turnouts been wonderful. Every year there is a packed house and I think that’s really a testament to the success of the event. It really is an inspirational evening. One of my first experiences with the evening was when my own father was nominated and honored and I can say to those families who are gona experience that on March the 14th, it’s something they won’t ever forget,” Joseph said.
If you are interested in attending the event, you can reserve a seat on the ForeverDads website.
