ZANESVILLE, Ohio – Saturday, March 2nd was the last day for the Awake and Activate Women’s Conference Tour.

The day included breakfast and lunch as well as a service at 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The event took place in the brand new Rock Family Worship Center building and Pastor Aaron Wahl said it was a gathering of women whose hearts are after what God has for them.

“I think unity is everything in the body of Christ and events like this bring women together to let them know that they’re not alone, that they don’t have to do life alone, whether they’re on the mountain top or walking through the valley,” Pastor Wahl said. “It’s all about unity.”

Pastor Wahl said he hopes that the women at the event take home with them confidence in their identity and who God has made them be. He hopes that they can take what they learned at the event home to their churches and families.

“It’s just going to be amazing to see people’s lives touched is why you get into the ministry. You want God to be glorified in everything you do but when you see it in tangible ways of touching people’s lives, there’s nothing better than that,” Pastor Wahl said.

If you are interested in attending services at the Rock Family Worship Center, they are located on 5800 National Road and their services are Sunday’s at 10:00 a.m. and Wednesday’s at 7:00 p.m.
