Cambridge Fatal Accident Investigated

The Cambridge Post of the Highway Patrol says a Pennsylvania man was killed in a two vehicle accident. It happened Sunday at around 1:00 pm. Troopers say 51-year-old Christopher Bender of Coraopolis was traveling west on I-70, lost control on the icy roadway and was struck by a Mack truck. The truck was driven by 44-year-old Manix Frederic of Brooklyn, New York. Bender was taken to Southeastern Ohio Regional Medical Center where he was later pronounced dead. The crash remains under investigation.
