ZANESVILLE, Ohio – The third annual Putnam Jamfest is this Saturday August 26, 2017.
Pastors were down at Putnam Landing Park preparing for the Jamfest by praying over the land, help set up the stage, and organize the area. Rushing Wind Biker Church Pastor Michael McGuire explained Jamfest started so people could worship together.
“Putnam Jamfest is twofold,” McGuire said. “We want to be able to bring pastors and churches together where we can just take that denominational name down and come together for this coming Saturday. Be able to worship together and to listen to some of the great bands and some good music.”
McGuire said this is also for the community to have fun at any age.
“Another reason was why we put Putnam Jamfest together is to bring the community together in the City of Zanesville and to put those two entities together allows us to minister to one another and to stand together,” said McGuire.
The Putnam Jamfest will have free door prizes every hour, snacks, kids games, adults corn hole, and Live Music from 8:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.
