Barr Pleads Not Guilty

MUSKINGUM COUNTY, OH (WHIZ) – The suspect charged with shooting two Zanesville men at a home on Woodlawn Avenue appeared in common pleas court Monday. 18-year-old Robert Barr pled not guilty to two counts of attempted murder, felonious assault, and three counts of aggravated robbery.

THORNVILLE, OH (WHIZ) – A Thornville woman is dead following a one vehicle accident Monday evening. 79-year-old Vivian Caldwell was driving on North Fifth Street in the Village of Hebron when she crashed just after 6:00 P.M.

Ohio Attorney General Mike Dewine says a Franklin County Consumer was bilked out of $800 after responding to an online ad for six tickets to OSU’s national semifinal game against Alabama on New Year’s Day.
