Muskingum County Sheriff Matt Lutz says there is nothing new to release Wednesday after Tuesday’s fatal shooting in Frazeysburg. Lutz says he is waiting for all the investigation reports to be turned in by detectives in the death of Lucas Templin. He is also waiting on the autopsy results on the victim. The 11-year-old boy was shot and killed while playing at his best friend’s house at 43 1st Street in Frazeysburg. Investigators say the gun was a revolver and it was from the home where the shooting took place. Templin’s family says they believe it was an accident. Sheriff Matt Lutz says all the information from the shooting will be handed over to Muskingum County Prosecutor Mike Haddox who will decide if any charges will be filed against the juvenile or his parents.
