Longaberger Mansion Sells

Local News

There’s a new owner for one of the area’s most famous mansions.

The Longaberger Mansion at 7000 Creamery Road sold last week for $6 million.

The Muskingum County Auditor said the over 200 acres sold to Awesome87 LLC and SPG87 LLC, both companies are from Cleveland.

Longaberger first listed the mansion in Nashport for $15 million two years ago with Howard Hanna Real Estate before the price was reduced to $9.8 million this summer.

The mansion boasts 20 rooms with 57,000 square feet and seven bedrooms, 10 full bathrooms and 3 half baths. It also features a horse barn, three ponds stocked with fish, a six car garage, a helicopter pad, a pool and a ballroom that can host 300 guests.

When the home first went on the market owner Tami Longaberger had said she’s selling because her two children have moved out and she spends most of her time traveling for work.
