Ohio Congressman Bob Gibbs is launching a new outreach program to better serve his district.
The congressman will be employing members of his staff to hold open office hours in each community rather than making residents drive up to an hour away to one of his three office locations. Gibbs feels this is much more convenient for residents and allows for gibbs to be in better touch with what concerns people have in their community.
Staff will be placed in each of his district’s 16 counties for office hours at least once a month.
Gibbs’ District Office in Zanesville officially opens on January 31st at 1166 Military Road and the public is invited to an open house on February 3rd from 6:30 to 8:30 pm.
