Three subjects are under arrest after Crooksville and Roseville Police along with the Central Ohio Drug Enforcement Task Force conduct a bust at a Crooksville Church, Wednesday.
Crooksville Assistant Police Chief Joey Carr said the search was conducted at Crooksville Baptist Church at 29 Sycamore Street after reports surfaced that an individual who had been living at the church for the past few months was selling prescription drugs out of the building.
Officers seized a large quantity of prescription drugs from the basement area of the church along with an undisclosed amount of money.
Arrested at the scene and later released was 51-year-old Thomas Spangler Jr. and two other subjects whose names aren’t being released at this time.
Officers will meet with the Perry County Prosecuting Attorney to discuss formal charges on Spangler at a later time.
