The Muskingum County Business Incubator is looking to become self-supportive.
Carol Humphreys with the incubator met with the Muskingum County Commissioners and representatives from Senator Sherrod Brown’s office to give an update and discuss more areas for funding.
Humphreys says she would like to see the incubator expand to have a community kitchen. The community kitchen could help entrepreneurs get their businesses off the ground and have residents consume food from local producers. The senator’s representatives and the commissioners both say they support the work the incubator is doing not just for Muskingum county, but the nine surrounding counties it also helps.
