Home Again Cooking Show

Local News

If you smelled a sweet aroma in the air Thursday night, it was probably coming from the North Terrace Church of Christ.

The Home Again Cooking Show featuring Connie Cahill taught a crowd of more than 500 people new recipes and cost effective tips for cooking.

"For the price of admission, the $8, folks really got a meal, two hours of food sampling from a lot of our vendors, about 70 dollars worth of coupons in the gift bag everybody receives and a two hour stage show," says Riesbeck’s General Manager, Leo Brado.

Cahill used only Riesbeck’s food in her demonstrations and promoted Ohio grown and produced food. If you couldn’t make it to the show, you will have another opportunity to see the Home Again Cooking Show.

"We will likely be doing a show again in the spring of next year or fall.  So we invite anybody who didn’t make it to come out then and we think you will be very happy," says Brado.

Before Cahill’s demonstrations, local vendors were on hand to pass out samples of their products to those in attendance.
