Two of the men arrested last week in connection to a methamphetamine lab in Perry County were arraigned in court Tuesday.
Court Officials say 54-year-old Robert Wise and 59-year-old Donald Miller both pleaded not guilty to charges of illegal manufacturing of drugs and illegal possession of chemicals to manufacture drugs.
Miller also faces a felony count of possession of methamphetamine.
Both men are scheduled to appear in court Thursday for a preliminary hearing.
A third suspect 49-year-old Brian Barnes will be arraigned at a later time.
Perry County Sheriff’s officials say the three were arrested when officers were attempting to locate a wanted person at a home in Junction City, when they smelled a strong chemical odor coming from an R-V parked in the driveway.
According to authorities that R-V contained a meth lab.
