More trouble surrounds the 18-year old accused of shooting a Zanesville Police Officer and his K-9 partner.

According to Police Chief Eric Lambes, Dominick Conley assaulted a jailer Tuesday afternoon, after refusing to wear assigned jail clothing. Lambes said it was a minor attack, and will not likely result in additional charges.

Conley faces 11 felony charges. He’s suspected of shooting Zanesville Police Officer Mike Schiele and his K-9 partner, then carjacking a mother and her 10-day old baby at gunpoint, before burglarizing his mother’s home and then breaking into another home, terrorizing six people, and finally fleeing to Canton on Sunday.

Authorities arrested Conley in Canton Monday. He was transported to Zanesville Tuesday, right before the alleged attack on the jailer.

Lambes said Conley is being held in an isolation cell at the Zanesville City Jail.
