Local News

Three local teens plead guilty today in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court in connection with a fake robbery at Subway in April.

19-year-olds Kevin Hosom and Levi Hall plead guilty to complicity to commit robbery and complicity to commit theft, which are both felonies.

19-year-old Shaun Rhoades pled guilty to robbery and theft, also felonies.

All three teens will receive three-year-sentences and pay restitution. After six months in prison, the teens can then be transferred to the Licking-Muskingum Community Correction Center.

The teens admitted that Hosom, who worked at the Maple Avenue Subway, was in on the robbery. Rhoades robbed the business at knifepoint and Hall drove the get-a-way vehicle.
